Session Fees & Payment Information

Therapy sessions are available in both standard and extended formats depending on your needs and goals. Session rates are the same for individual, couples, and family therapy services.

Session fees and payment details will be reviewed prior to beginning services so you have a clear understanding of costs, insurance coverage, and available options. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through insurance coverage or reimbursement.

Virtual Therapy Across Florida

All sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing individuals, couples, teens, and families throughout Florida to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own space.

My work specializes in trauma-informed care, supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, nervous system overwhelm, life transitions, and emotional stress.

Virtual therapy offers flexibility while still creating a steady, connected, and supportive therapeutic experience.

What to Expect When Reaching Out

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience seeking support.

When you call, we’ll briefly talk through what’s bringing you in, answer any initial questions, and determine whether the practice feels like the right fit for your needs.

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive secure intake paperwork and information about scheduling your first appointment.

The process is designed to feel simple, supportive, and manageable from the very beginning.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is an important part of the therapeutic process.

Sessions are confidential, and your information is protected in accordance with professional and legal privacy standards. Any limits to confidentiality will be reviewed with you during the informed consent process prior to beginning therapy.

Virtual sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms designed to protect your privacy and personal information.

  • This depends on your goals, availability, and what level of support feels most appropriate. Some clients attend weekly sessions, while others may meet less frequently over time.

  • That’s completely okay. Many people begin therapy feeling unsure or nervous. We move at a pace that feels manageable, and there is no expectation to have everything figured out before starting.

  • Possibly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, documentation may be provided for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify eligibility and benefits.
